Michael Radcliffe has been with CFSB since 2002, and currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He has been in the banking industry since 1988, and has worked as a Teller, Bookkeeper, Trust Assistant, Credit Analyst, Credit Department Manager, Compliance Officer and Loan Review Team Leader.
Michael holds a B.S. in Finance from Murray State University and graduated cum laude from the Paul W. Barret School of Banking in Memphis, Tennessee. He graduated from the Graduate School of Banking (GSB) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Michael currently serves on the Banker Advisory Board for the GSB as the Kentucky representative. He is a member of the Independent Bankers of America Legislative Committee. Michael has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Bank and CFS, Inc. since 2018.
Michael resides in Draffenville with his wife, Leslie, 7 cats, and their dachshund, Duchess. Michael has two adult sons and one grandchild that live in Louisville.
Jason Jones started his career with CFSB in 1989. During his 35 year tenure, he has served the bank as a Teller, Client Service Representative, Consumer Lender, Mortgage Lender, Banking Center Team Leader and Banking Center Administrator. Jason's current role is President of both CFSB and CFS, Inc. where he oversees daily banking operations, client satisfaction, community engagement, team and culture development.
Jones is a graduate of Murray State University (1993), Paul W. Barret, Jr. School of Banking in Memphis (1998) and the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison (2002). He is the Past Chairman of West Kentucky Community & Technical College, current Chair of the Kentucky Lake Economic Development Board, Board Member of the Morgan-Trevathan Apartments affordable housing community and a volunteer for several community and educational organizations. Jason is Vice Chair of the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) Education Committee and serves on the Governmental Affairs Committee for the Kentucky Bankers Association. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of CFSB and CFS, Inc. since 2018.
Jason and his wife, Kelly, live in Benton with their children, Alec and Walker. In their free time, they enjoy all things pickleball, running, and traveling.
Jennifer Apple serves as Chief Client Officer. She provides a supervisory role for several areas of the bank including Business Development, Business Services, Calvert City and Draffenville Banking Centers, CFSB Investments, Digital Banking, Client Service Center, Relationship Bankers and Retail Administration.
Jennifer has been with CFSB for 40 years! She has worked with Deposit Operations, Electronic Banking, Marketing, Proof Operations, Public Relations, Relationship Bankers and Tellers. Apple has been in bank management for the last 20 years.
Jennifer attended Murray State University, with financial education including diplomas from the Kentucky Bankers Association General Banking School at the University of Louisville, the Mid-South School of Banking at the University of Memphis and the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She also has earned the Accredited Banking Professional Certificate.
Jennifer serves as a board member for the following organizations: Murray Calloway County Chamber, WIN Board Member and Playhouse in the Park Board Member/Treasurer. Jennifer will be the chair of the Murray-Calloway County Chamber in 2024. She is active with ACS Relay for Life, Soup for the Soul, CASA and is a WIN mentor. Jennifer has served on the CFSB Board since 2019 and CFS, Inc. since 2020.
Jennifer and her husband Terry, reside in Murray and enjoy spending their free time with their family at the lake boating, at the pool, or at the beach when they can go.
Waddell graduated from Murray State University in 2012 with a bachelors degree in Finance and from the Paul W. Barret Graduate School of Banking in 2016. He is a Society for HR Management (SHRM) Certified professional but is also completing his masters degree in HR Management at the University of Kentucky. He is serving currently as a member of the State Council for Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management and as a board member for the Four Rivers Society for Human Resource Management. Waddell has been with CFSB for 12 years. He began his career in the Client Service Center, taking on several different positions since, including Relationship Banker, Loss Mitigation Specialist, Relationship Banker Team Leader, and Retail Banking Manager. Waddell has completed the CFSB Specialist program and has served on various committees within the organization. Waddell moved to the HR team in 2018 and was promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer in January of 2023.
Allen and his wife, Amy, reside in Benton with their two children Jaxon and Keian. They are active members of Three Crosses Church in Benton. In their spare time they enjoy doing DIY projects and spending time doing activities as a family.
As CFSB's Chief Risk Officer, Michelle is responsible for identifying, analyzing, mitigating, and controlling risks that can impact the organization. Jameson has served in multiple areas of the bank including: Teller, Personal Banker, Management Information Systems, Deposit Compliance, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Officer, Accounting Team Leader and Internal Audit/BSA/Information Security Team Leader. Michelle's current role is Chief Risk Officer and her areas of oversight include: Audit, BSA, Compliance, and Risk Management.
Jameson's financial education includes graduating Cum Laude at Mid-South School of Banking in Memphis in 1998 and from the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin in 2010. She obtained the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) Certification from the Institute of Internal Auditors in 2022.
Jameson is on the Citizen Foster Care Review Board in Marshall County. Michelle and her husband Daniel reside in Calvert City. They have three children, Austin Jameson (Celia), Zach Jameson (Brittany), and the late Camryn Hardin. They have three grandchildren, Titus, Easton, and Ellie. Michelle and her family enjoy boating and spending time on Kentucky Lake.
Nancy began her career at CFSB in 2008 and has worked as a teller, relationship banker, marketing/business services, efunds, and deposit operations. As our Chief Operations Officer, Nancy works with our operations teams to ensure streamlined processes and providing superb client experience, while managing the risk and needs of the bank.
Nancy holds an Associate's degree in Arts from Western Kentucky Community and Technical College as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Education with a minor in Marketing from Murray State University. In addition, she is an alumni of the Barret Graduate School of Banking in Memphis, TN.
In the community she serves as the Chairman of Roots to Wings FRYSC Council and helps coach and volunteer for youth sports in Murray and Calloway County.
Nancy resides in Kirksey with her husband, Terry, and children, Ellie and Hatton. They spend most of their time at a ball field or court, but also enjoy going to the lake and on vacations to make new memories.
Matt joined the CFSB team in August of 2018 in preparation for the opening of the Graves County Banking Center. After his departure from another financial institution, he began his career at CFSB by serving our clients as a Relationship Banker. When the Graves County Banking Center had it's grand opening in 2019, Matt's desire for greater challenges afforded him the opportunity to gain knowledge in commercial lending by serving as a Commercial Lending Administrative Assistant. After a few years of growing in this role, Matt was promoted to the role of Commercial Portfolio Manager in September of 2021 and began taking on commercial clients of his own. He served in this role until April of 2022, when he was given the opportunity to lead the Graves County team as the Graves County Market President, a Senior Commercial Lender and bank Vice-President.
Scoggins was born and raised in Mayfield, and graduated with honors from Graves County High School in 2007. He attended the University of Kentucky out of high school but moved back home shortly after, transferring to West Kentucky Community and Technical College, where he received his Associates degree with a focus in business finance and accounting. Matt is currently attending the Southeastern School of Commercial Lending with plans to complete the program in May of 2024. Matt currently serves as an Executive Board Member for the Graves County Economic Development, and is active in many other areas of the community as well.
He and his wife Jana live in Mayfield with their two children, Layla and Alden
Rustin began his career with CFSB back in 1997. He has played numerous roles within the bank including credit card operations, consumer lending, indirect lending, loss mitigation, and banking center management. As our Chief Residential Lending Officer he oversees and assists all of our residential and consumer lenders with all residential and consumer loans. Rustin holds a degree from Murray State University (2009) and is also an alumni of the Graduate School of Banking - University of Wisconsin at Madison (2015). Formerly a long-time resident of Marshall County, Rustin now resides in McCracken County.
Beth joined CFSB in 2022 and has over 15 years of banking experience. Beth previously worked for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) as a bank examiner, examining banks primarily in Kentucky, West Virginia and Virginia. Before joining the team at CFSB, she worked as the Loan Review Manager at two different community banks, one in Charleston, WV and one in Louisville, KY.
Beth received her Bachelor of Science degree from Murray State University where she majored in Economics, with a double minor in Finance and Political Science. Beth also holds a Master of Science degree in Banking and Financial Service Management from Boston University.
Beth is passionate about foster care and adoption. She is a Board Member of the Home of the Innocence and is involved in her church, First Baptist Church of Murray. Beth resides in Murray with her husband, Scott and their daughter Isabel. Beth is thankful for the experiences she had as a bank examiner and working with other financial institutions, but is excited to be back in Western Kentucky. She loves Murray State University (Go Racers!) and spending time at the lake with her family.
