  • How can I access Digital Banking?
    You can access CFSB's digital banking through a web browser via our website or through our free CFSB Mobile App available on the App Store and Google Play.
  • How do I login for the first time?
    Select the red Online Banking button at the top of the website and choose enroll and fill out the enrollment form. From there, you will receive a secure access code via phone call or text. You will then be prompted to create a new password.
  • What is a secure access code?
    A secure access code (SAC) is a unique, single-use 6-digit code which protects against fraud by safeguarding your online transactions and sensitive information.
  • Can I check my balance on my phone?
    Yes! Download our mobile app from the App Store or Google Play to your device and follow the on-screen prompts. Our Mobile Banking app is supported on most Apple and Android devices. You can also use mobile devices with a mobile web browser that supports cookies.
  • How can I get help with my digital banking?
    You can call our Client Service Center to speak to a member of our team via phone or you can reach our Digital Banking Team through our website chat function, texting us at 888-226-5669, or by messaging us through digital banking!
  • How do I update my contact information?
    Within digital banking, click on the 'Settings' button on the left-hand navigation pane. Choose 'Update My Info'. The information entered here will update our system.
  • How do I make a mobile deposit?
    Open the CFSB digital banking app, login to your account, tap 'Mobile Deposit', select the account the check should be deposited, enter the amount, sign the back of the check (putting "For Mobile Deposit Only" under your signature), capture images of the front and back of the check and hit 'Submit Deposit'.
  • I made a deposit from my phone and can't find it.
    Why is my mobile deposit not showing in my account? Mobile deposits do not post immediately to your account, but will post throughout the business day. Click here to learn more about mobile deposit.
  • Can I setup automatic payments to pay my bills?
    Of course! By using our bill payment feature, you can pay all of your bills in one location. Making banking easy and convenient! Click here to learn more about bill pay.
  • Can I send money to a friend who banks somewhere else?
    Absolutely! By using Zelle in the CFSB Mobile App, you can move money between friends, family and millions of other people across the country! Just hit the 'Send Money' tab within the app and select the recipient to get started. Click here to learn more about Zelle.
  • How do I view my account statements?
    If you've already enrolled in eStatements, login to your digital banking account and hit the statements tab. Haven't enrolled yet? Click here to learn more about the benefits of eStatements!
  • How do I add an external account to my digital banking?
    To add an external account to your digital banking, please reference our Setting Up an External Account video!
  • Can I opt in to receiving important account information by text?
    Yes! Receive important account notifications via text by opting in to receive CFSB Alerts. Simply text BANK to 237259 to opt in today!
