We continue to operate our CFSB Banking Centers in every market, while maintaining the safety of our clients and our team members. Steps We're Taking
Keeping our Banking Center Drive Thrus open is an important part of our responsibility to our communities. We know many people are balancing their time between childcare, home schooling, and working from home so we have extended our hours for our Drive Thrus at every Banking Center and for our Client Service Center to the following: Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm and Saturday from 8am-3pm.
Advice and Guidance
As developments unfold, you may feel a sense of financial uncertainty. We feel it’s our responsibility to help our community, so we are offering every family 1 Financial Coaching session over the phone with no fees. You do not have to be a client to use this service. Our Ramsey certified financial coaches are here to provide guidance and hope for individuals and families. Let us help you focus on what's most important! Contact us and a financial coach will quickly follow up with you to set up your personal coaching session.
Keep your business running with funds to help you cover expenses from February 15 through June 30, 2020. We are here to keep your financial information secure. Beware of scams during this challenging time. Cybercriminals are hard at work exploiting our natural anxiety. Look out for suspicious emails and text messages that may impersonate a company, charity, or government agency. The intent is to convince you to share sensitive information such as your name, password, personal identification number (PIN) or other account information.
