Amid news about the coronavirus (COVID-19), we are committed to doing everything we can to meet your banking needs. We’re here for you with the solutions, support, and advice you need to manage your personal finances and to navigate changes in our economy.

We will continue to devote all necessary resources to help ensure your personal safety, while maintaining all of the services you count on. And as new developments emerge, we will share information with you about how we continue to operate safely and effectively.

Assisting our Clients

We continue to operate our CFSB Banking Centers in every market, while maintaining the safety of our clients and our team members. Beginning Monday, August 17, 2020, all Banking Centers will have EXTENDED temporary lobby hours Monday-Saturday. Senior Citizens, First Responders, Veterans and persons at high risk for severe illness will be able to come in from 8:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. Monday-Friday. All clients will be able to access these designated banking centers from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. 

We will continue service through our drive thrus at ALL CFSB Banking Centers during normal business hours of Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. ATMs and CFSB Live! Teller Machines (LTM) are available for use at any time. Click on Locations to find the most convenient Banking Center, ATM or LTM.

Convenient and Secure Banking on the Go

Please remember that our Mobile Banking app and Online Banking are available as convenient ways to check account status, pay bills, and deposit checks at any time and from almost anywhere.

Advice and Guidance

As developments unfold, you may feel a sense of financial uncertainty. We feel it’s our responsibility to help our community, so we are offering every family 1 Financial Coaching session over the phone with no fees. You do not have to be a client to use this service. Our Ramsey certified financial coaches are here to provide guidance and hope for individuals and families. SBA Loans

Be Mindful of Scams

We are here to keep your financial information secure. Beware of scams during this challenging time. Cybercriminals are hard at work exploiting our natural anxiety. Look out for suspicious emails and text messages that may impersonate a company, charity, or government agency. The intent is to convince you to share sensitive information such as your name, password, personal identification number (PIN) or other account information.
