Direct Banker Client Service Center

We can assist you with a variety of banking tasks. Simply call the Direct Banker Client Service Center at (270) 527-4600 or 1-888-226-5669 for help with the following:

  • Checking and savings accounts, IRAs , CDs, loan inquiries
  • Stop payments / debit alerts
  • Opening new accounts (checking, savings, etc.)
  • Transferring funds
  • ATM card/EMV debit card inquiries and credit references
  • Upcoming travel information 
  • Processing cash reserve payments 

Available Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Telephone Banking

Free and available 24/7. With Datalink 24 telephone banking, you can quickly and easily make account balance inquiries on deposit accounts and loans, verify deposits, and more outside of regular business hours. Dial (270) 527-2222 for convenient access to your CFSB accounts. 

Direct Deposit

If you don't have time to wait for your mail and make a trip to the bank, direct deposit is the answer. Allow us to make this transition easy and simple for you.

Safe Deposit Boxes

They provide safety and security for important documents and personal belongings from fire and theft. Safe deposit boxes are accessed by identification, presentation of key and signature on entry card.* They are available at the following CFSB locations: Benton, Calvert City, Paducah, Mayfield, Murray and Draffenville.

Annual rental fees vary based on the size of the box and are subject to change. For box size and rate information, please call us at (270) 527-4600 or 1-888-226-5669.

Wire Transfers

Available for CFSB clients. Wire transfers must be completed and signed in-person at any of our locations.

Teller Services

We offer the following courtesy services at a nominal fee:

  • Cashiers checks
  • Coin counting
  • Fax service
  • Photocopies
