CFSB Announces Ybarzabal as McCracken County Market President

CFSB President Jason Jones is pleased to announce Susan Ybarzabal as the McCracken County Market President following the retirement of Randell Blackburn.

Ybarzabal has 26 years of banking experience, starting as the manager of a new branch of Colonial Bank inside a Walmart in Saraland, AL. She quickly transitioned to managing a traditional branch before being recruited home to Paducah. In 1999 she joined Mercantile Bank, the former Citizens Bank and future US Bank. At US Bank, she won numerous awards, including being recognized as one of the Top 10 Branch Managers in the US Bank community banking footprint and President's Club as a top mortgage loan officer. Susan joined CFSB in 2014 and has served as a mortgage lender, McCracken County Market Manager, and currently as the Business Development Officer in McCracken County. 

Susan graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in Merchandising. Susan is a proud Paducah native who has a great passion for the community and is currently serving as the Vice Chairman and Membership & Marketing Chair of the Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce, Treasurer of The Paducah Junior College Board of Trustees and a is member of the Southside Steering Committee. She is married to Steve Ybarzabal, principal of Paducah Innovation Hub.

Jones says, "Susan has been an incredible part of CFSB for 9 years over various roles but more importantly she has been a leader for our team in all capacities. As she adds this role, she will continue to be highly engaged in our community and impact our entire McCracken County team!"
