Have you ever purchased gas for $30 only to login to your CFSB Digital Banking and see a $75 charge? OH MY! In most cases this is a preauthorization. The amount is held by the merchant until the transaction is settled for the original charge, or the hold "falls off".
Wait! That purchase was made first, now I have an NSF Fee.
Why did the purchase I made on Thursday clear before the purchase I made on Monday? Items clear your account based on when a merchant settles the transaction. The time and day you make the transaction doesn't always determine when the item will clear your account.
I am traveling, why is my debit card not working?
Notifying the bank when you travel is very important. To better protect your account, our Fraud Center will notice purchase activity from locations outside your normal area and 'lock" your card. Whenever you plan a trip, we can place a travel notice on your account.
What is Remote Deposit Capture and what do I need to get started?
Remote deposit capture allows businesses to capture checks at their business location and then transmit data and the check images electronically to their financial institution for posting and clearing, without any need for physical transportation. All that is needed is a computer, Internet connection, and scanning device.
Do you offer business online banking?
Yes! Our business online banking allows you to access your accounts as well as offers a wide varierty of banking services at your convenience.
How can I access Online Banking?
You can access CFSB online banking through a web browser via our website or through our free CFSB mobile app available on the App Store and Google Play.
How do I login for the first time?
Select the red online banking at the top of the website and choose enroll and fill out the enrollment form. From there, you will receive a secure access code via phone call or text. You will then be prompted to create a new password.
Can I add my CFSB debit card to my mobile wallet?
Yes, you absolutely can! Mobile wallet works the same as if you inserted your CFSB debit card into the card reader at the merchant and is processed the exact same!
I have loads of coin, do I need to roll it before bringing into the bank?

Oh no! Report this to us as soon as possible. You can do so by calling our Client Service Center or messaging our Digital Banking team on our website or through online banking! We will deactivate your card and work with you on how to replace it!

Have your cash and coin securely delivered and picked up! This service makes business banking convenient. You can apply by visiting the Courier Services page

What is a secure access code?
A SAC is a unique, single-use 6-digit code which protects against fraud by safeguarding your online transactions and sensitive information.
Can I check my balance on my phone?
Yes! Download our mobile app from the App Store or Google Play to your device and follow the on-screen prompts. Our Mobile Banking is supported on most Apple and Android devices. You can also use mobile devices with a mobile web browser that supports cookies.
How can I get help with my online banking?

How do I update my contact information?

What is a Live Teller Machine or LTM?
A Live Teller Machine (LTM) is a video-based, interactive technology that allows clients to conduct transactions with a centrally located teller. In normal terms, you can video-chat with a someone on our team when conducting a transaction the LTM if you need help! Using an LTM allows you to cash checks, make deposits, loan payments as well as many other services!
