CFSB Named in Best Places to Work in Kentucky for 5th Consecutive Year

The Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management (KYSHRM) and CHI Saint Joseph Health announce that Community Financial Services Bank (CFSB) has been named one of The Best Places to Work in Kentucky for the 5th consecutive year!  This program recognizes those employers who set an exemplary standard of excellence for both employee engagement and business success. Conceived in 2004, it is open to all publicly or privately held organizations, either for-profit or not-for-profit and government entities. Companies must have at least 15 employees working in Kentucky to be eligible and are then ranked in categories of small, medium and large based on the number of employees. CFSB is not new to this award as in 2020 was the first recognition ranked 4th in the Medium Business Category, and the only to be recognized in the Jackson Purchase within the top 35 of that category. The final rankings will be announced, and a magazine recognizing the winners and their final rankings will be released for statewide distribution at the awards dinner to be held in Lexington, Kentucky on June 13

The selection process, managed by Workforce Research Group, is based on an assessment of the company's employee policies and procedures and the results of an internal employee survey.

CFSB CEO J. Michael Radcliffe said, "Being named one of Kentucky's Best Places to Work is an honor, and reflects our commitment to our team members to provide an open and transparent culture that values each individual  for their contributions to the team.  We are truly humbled to continue to receive this designation, and will use the feedback and data to improve each year."

CFSB Chief Human Resources Officer Allen Waddell added, "Our successful culture, built on strong values and a commitment to providing value for our clients and community not only distinguishes us as one of the Best Places to Work in Kentucky but also fosters a community of high performers. We prioritize hiring individuals who share our passion and drive, fueling the organization to continue learning and growing and adapting to the needs of our clients and team. Being recognized for this honor for the fifth year validates our team's dedication and servant leadership."
