Monday - Thursday:
- Drive Thru: Open from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Lobby: Open from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Friday:
- Drive Thru: Extended hours, open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Lobbies: Open from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Saturday:
- Drive Thru only from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the following banking centers - Benton, Draffenville, Calloway North, Graves, and McCracken Southside.

Client Service Center:
- Our dedicated Client Service Center is available by phone at 888-226-5669 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM every weekday and from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturdays.
Digital Banking Team:
- Our Digital Banking Team is available to assist you for a total of 77 hours throughout the week, including Sundays. You can connect with them through our Live Teller Machines, Live Chat on our website, and even via text at 888-226-5669.
