CFSB has announced that the Benton Banking Center, Calloway County Sycamore Banking Center, Graves County Banking Center and McCracken County Park Avenue Banking Center will resume lobby hours beginning Tuesday, May 26.. Temporary Banking Center lobby hours will be Monday-Saturday. Senior Citizens, First Responders, Veterans and persons at high risk for severe illness will be able to come in from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. Monday-Friday. All clients will be able to access these designated banking centers from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. To continue in the fight against the spread of COVID-19, CFSB will follow the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, United States President Donald Trump, Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear and local health departments. Clients will be asked to practice social distancing of at least six feet and are encouraged, but not required to wear mask.

All CFSB’s Drive-Thrus, as well as the Client Service Center and CFSB Live! teller machines will resume their normal hours. Drive-Thrus will be open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. CFSB Live! teller machine hours will be Monday-Saturday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sundays from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. CFSB ATM’s and online banking services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

As promised, we have continued to monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19) impact on our region. We have been meeting regularly to discuss all federal and state regulations that are being enacted during this very fluid situation. Our plan is to make decisions to continue to serve our clients, provide for our team members and keep everyone safe and healthy. With this being stated, we have a few changes that we think are critical for our valued clients to know. 
 
We have decided to join other community banks in suspending lobby services starting Friday, March 20, 2020, until further notice. We will continue service through our drive thrus at all CFSB Banking Centers, ATMs and CFSB Live! Teller Machines (LTM). You can find the list of locations for each of these services on our website at yourlifeyourbank.com. Other services, such as lending, investments and safe deposit box access, will be available through appointment only at this time. To make an appointment, fill out our online appointment form or call 999-226-5669. 
 
With this change, our drive thrus will be available during our regular weekday hours of 8am until 6pm and we will extend our Saturday hours to 8am until 3pm for your convenience. Our Client Service Center hours will also be extended from 8am until 3pm on Saturday. 
 
Business Clients will receive separate email communication very soon. Please contact your banking centers directly if you have questions about deposits or change orders.
 
As a reminder, although everyday banking transactions within CFSB Banking Center lobbies has been suspended, there are a variety of other ways to access your accounts or make transactions.
 
  • Live Teller Machines (LTMs) and ATMs are available 24/7 and our Live Tellers are available for assistance 7 days a week, Monday through Saturday 7am-8pm and Sunday from 1pm-8pm. Deposits can be made through our LTMs while Live Tellers are available. Check yourlifeyourbank.com for a listing of all LTM and ATM locations.
  • Online Banking and Mobile Banking are available 24/7. Contact our Client Service Center at 888-226-5669 if you need to set up online banking.
  • Remote Deposit Anywhere (RDA) is available for deposit of checks from our mobile app. This is a free service for CFSB clients.
  • CFSB Zoom, available on our mobile app, allows you to send money to anyone via text. This is a free service for CFSB clients.
  • Our Client Service Center is available Monday through Saturday during our regular business hours to assist with any transactions by calling 888-226-5669.

CFSB has always taken great pride in the cleanliness of our Banking Centers, and we know this time is more important than ever. On top of our daily cleaning procedures, we’ve asked our team to make routines even more rigorous, continuing to clean throughout the day, especially spaces with client contact. We have heightened daily disinfection of public and private spaces in each Banking Center with a focus on cleaning frequently touched counter tops, handrails, doorknobs, and armrests while also placing hand sanitizers for convenient use. Like many others, we’re taking guidance from the Center for Disease Control (CDC), which recommends regular cleaning as one of the most important preventive measures we can take.
 
And of course, we’re committed to taking care of our team. We are providing all team members with up-to-the-moment guidance and information so they can keep themselves and their family members safe. We’ve asked all team members to take precaution, as outlined by the CDC.
