How can I access Online Banking?

You can access online banking through a web browser via our website or through our free CFSB mobile app available on the App Store and Google Play.

How do I login for the first time?

To access for the first time on any device, enter your current online banking login credentials. You will receive a secure access code (SAC) via phone call or text message. You will then be prompted to create a new password. After your new password is set, you will have to accept the Online Banking Terms and Conditions/Disclosures to continue.

What is a Secure Access Code?

A SAC is a unique, single-use 6-digit code which protects against fraud by safeguarding your online transactions and sensitive information.

How long will my session last in online banking?

You will be logged in for 4 hours before your session will expire.

How do I access Mobile Banking?

Any CFSB Client can access mobile banking. Simply download the mobile app from the App Store or Google Play to your device and follow the on-screen prompts. Our Mobile Banking is supported on most Apple and Android devices. You can also use mobile devices with a mobile web browser that supports cookies. The minimum browser requirements for the new online banking system are recent versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, or the last version of Microsoft Edge.

How much does Mobile Banking cost?

Mobile Banking is free to use for all clients; however, your wireless carrier may charge you fees related to data consumption.

How can I get someone to help me setup my online banking or mobile app?

You can call our Client Service Center to speak to a Team Member on the phone or you can reach our Digital Banking Team through our online chat function.

How do I change my password?

Log into Online Banking and select Settings > Security Preferences > Change Password. Enter your old password, create a new password, and confirm your new password following the on-screen password criteria.

How do I update my contact information?

Click on the Services button on the left-hand navigation pane. Choose 'Update My Info'. The information entered here will update our system.
