Community Financial Services Bank (CFSB) is continuing the momentum sparked during Thursday’s Power in Partnership Paducah Chamber Breakfast by officially launching and sharing additional details surrounding the organization’s CREATE campaign, a long-term initiative focused on investing in the future of Paducah and McCracken County through growth, community partnerships, and purposeful local impact.

During the breakfast event, community leaders, business professionals, elected officials, educators, and regional stakeholders gathered as CFSB unveiled plans for two future Banking Centers in McCracken County, both expected to begin construction in Fall 2026. The projects include the future McCracken Lone Oak Banking Center and McCracken West Banking Center, representing a significant expansion of convenience, accessibility, and long-term investment in one of the fastest-growing areas of the bank’s service region.

The announcement was part of the broader CREATE campaign, a community-centered initiative designed to showcase how intentional partnerships, strategic growth, and local leadership can help create what matters most for Western Kentucky.

“At its heart, CREATE is about people,” said Angela Meyer, CFSB McCracken County President. “It’s about creating opportunities for families, businesses, students, and communities to thrive. Every investment we announced represents something bigger than buildings or sponsorships. It represents our belief in the future of Paducah and McCracken County and our commitment to being part of that future for generations to come.”

Throughout the breakfast, CFSB connected the CREATE campaign to five key focus areas: Create Growth, Create Community, Create Legacy, Create Opportunity, and Create Impact, each representing a different way the organization is investing in the future of the region.

Under Create Growth, CFSB highlighted the addition of the future McCracken Lone Oak and McCracken West Banking Centers, along with continued investment and involvement in economic development initiatives across Paducah and McCracken County.

Under Create Community, the organization showcased partnerships and projects designed to enhance quality of life and accessibility throughout the region, including the Paducah Sports Park by CFSB, ADA-compliant playground additions at local elementary schools, and continued support of community-centered initiatives and organizations.

Create Legacy focused on investments in education and future generations through scholarship programs, partnerships with local schools and higher education institutions, workforce development initiatives, and programs designed to prepare students for long-term success both inside and outside the classroom.

Under Create Opportunity, CFSB emphasized its commitment to supporting entrepreneurs, small businesses, and economic vitality through partnerships, mentorship opportunities, educational programming, and initiatives designed to strengthen and grow the local business community.

Finally, Create Impact highlighted the organization’s continued belief in collaborative leadership and meaningful community investment through partnerships with civic leaders, nonprofits, schools, businesses, and organizations working together.

The event, a celebration of small business and community collaboration, also emphasized the importance of partnerships between businesses, civic organizations, educators, nonprofits, and local leaders in shaping long-term growth and opportunity.

As momentum continues following Thursday’s announcements, CFSB leaders say the focus now turns toward continued collaboration as projects move forward over the coming months and years.

“We believe the strongest communities are created through intentional investment and long-term commitment,” said Jason Jones, CFSB President. “Our hope is that these announcements not only demonstrate our belief in this community, but also inspire others to continue investing their time, talent, and resources into the future of Paducah and McCracken County.”

Additional information about the CREATE campaign, future projects, and community partnerships will continue to be shared through CFSB’s digital channels
