Community Financial Services Bank (CFSB) is proud to announce that Emily Holley, AVP Commercial Loan Processing Team Leader, has graduated from the Paul W. Barret, Jr. Graduate School of Banking, a respected banking education program held annually on the campus of Christian Brothers University in Memphis, Tennessee.
Holley was among 83 graduates who completed the rigorous three-year curriculum during the school’s 2026 session, held May 17-22. The program provides advanced banking education designed to deepen participants’ understanding of all areas of commercial banking and leadership within the financial services industry.
Over the course of the three-year program, graduates completed more than 200 hours of instruction and prepared in-depth reports across eight areas of banking study. This year’s session included 230 financial industry professionals representing 30 states.
“Emily’s dedication to professional development and her commitment to serving our clients and communities make her an invaluable part of the CFSB team,” said Jason Jones, President of CFSB. “This accomplishment reflects not only her hard work and perseverance, but also her passion for continuous learning and excellence in banking. We are incredibly proud of her achievement.”
As part of the annual session, participants also attended the Paul W. Barret, Jr. Lecture Series, featuring Darren Woodson, three-time Super Bowl Champion and business leader, who shared insights on leadership, teamwork, and personal growth.
Founded more than 55 years ago, the Paul W. Barret, Jr. Graduate School of Banking is recognized as one of the premier banking schools in the country, helping prepare financial professionals for expanded leadership roles within their organizations and communities.
“Completing the Graduate School of Banking has been an incredibly rewarding experience,” said Holley. “The program challenged me to think strategically, expand my knowledge of the banking industry, and learn from professionals across the country. I’m grateful for the opportunity and excited to bring what I’ve learned back to CFSB and the clients we serve.”
Holley joins a growing group of CFSB team members who have completed advanced banking education programs, reflecting the bank’s ongoing commitment to investing in professional development and delivering exceptional service throughout the communities it serves.
