CFSB to Honor Military Members and Veterans During Murray State Salute to Service Game

Community Financial Services Bank (CFSB) will join Murray State University in honoring the men and women who have served our country during the Racers’ Salute to Service football game on Saturday, September 12, against Valparaiso University.

As the game’s presenting sponsor and a Premier Partner of Murray State Athletics, CFSB is helping create an evening centered on service, gratitude and the people whose sacrifices have made a lasting impact on communities throughout the region.

“We’re grateful to Murray State University for intentionally creating an opportunity to recognize and thank the veterans and active-duty military members who have served our country with such courage and commitment,” said Dana Howard, VP and Director of Marketing for CFSB. “CFSB is honored to support this special evening and help Racer Nation come together to make sure these men and women know how deeply their service and sacrifice are appreciated.”

As part of the celebration, CFSB will provide two complimentary game tickets to each of the first 125 active-duty military members or veterans who reserve their space along with a limited edition Racer gift. Those participants will also be entered for an opportunity to enjoy the game from a special hospitality suite in the stadium’s end zone through a drawing closer to game day. The first 1,000 guests entering the stadium will also receive a special edition Racer gift. Fans can also visit The Big CENT in the Stewart Stadium concourse before the game for photo opportunities, CFSB’s prize wheel and giveaways.

The celebration will continue after the final whistle with the Salute to Service Drone Show presented by CFSB. Fans are encouraged to remain in the stadium following the game as the night sky becomes part of a special tribute honoring those who have served.
