Community Financial Services Bank (CFSB) is bringing a first-of-its-kind experience to Western Kentucky as the presenting sponsor of the Murray State University Homecoming Drone Show. Immediately following the Racers’ Homecoming football game on Saturday, Nov. 1, the skies above Roy Stewart Stadium will be illuminated with a Murray State-themed drone performance unlike anything fans in the region have ever seen.
“At CFSB, we are always excited to partner with Murray State to create experiences that bring families together and build lasting memories across Western Kentucky,” said Dana Howard, Vice President and Director of Marketing at CFSB. “This one-of-a-kind drone show is something our community has never seen before, and it’s a perfect example of how our partnership with the University celebrates the spirit and culture that make Racer Nation so special.”
The drone show marks a new chapter in CFSB’s ongoing collaboration with Murray State University and Racer Athletics, reflecting the bank’s mission to strengthen community ties, elevate traditions, and support innovative experiences that unite fans of all ages.
“Homecoming is one of the most cherished traditions at Murray State University, and ending the football game with this show will be a special touch,” said Murray State President Dr. Ron Patterson. “We are thankful to CFSB for their continued support of Murray State and for sponsoring this unique community engagement opportunity.”
The event also underscores Murray State’s focus on modernizing the fan experience, with the addition of national acts, enhanced entertainment, and innovative activations since 2022.
“We are constantly seeking out new ways to deliver high-quality fan experiences, and this Homecoming drone show will be a game changer for Racer Nation,” said Director of Athletics Nico Yantko. “We are incredibly grateful for Jason Jones, Dana Howard, and the entire CFSB team who continue to partner with us to provide world-class entertainment for our community.”
The Racers will face off against SIU for their annual Homecoming matchup, with kickoff scheduled for 4 p.m. To purchase tickets, go to goracers.com or call (270) 809-3000.
